PURSUANT TO REAL PROPERTY LAW Section 442-H
Peninsula Real Estate Agency, Inc. (the “Broker”) is making this Standardized Operating Procedure available on any publicly available website and mobile device application maintained by the Broker and any of its licensees and teams. Broker has copies of these Standardized Operating Procedures available to the public upon request at the Broker’s office location.

DOES NOT REQUIRE: 1. Prospective Buyer Clients to show identification *
DOES NOT REQUIRE: 2. Exclusive Buyer Broker agreements
DOES NOT REQUIRE: 3. Pre-approval for a mortgage loan / proof of funds *
*Although Broker may not require such information, a seller of real estate and/or a property Listing Broker may require this information prior to showing the property and/or as part of any purchase offer.
*Although Broker may not require a Buyer Client to provide Pre-approval for a mortgage loan/proof of funds, Broker may “suggest” and/or “recommend,” as a proactive step, a Buyer Client should consider having identification and a Pre-approval for a mortgage loan/proof of funds on hand to be prepared to provide this information on a timely basis if it is needed by a seller of real estate and/or a property Listing Broker.
